The renovations, carried out in accordance with ecological and environmental guidelines, were entrusted to regional artisans, guarantors of traditional and refined craftsmanship.
Overlooking a wooded hillside at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac bordering the entrance to Sarlat, the property spans over 2,500 square meters. It harmoniously blends the charm of old stone with the comfort of contemporary design, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The spacious kitchen, custom-made by a master cabinetmaker, features a quartzite worktop, perfect for preparing hot dishes. Fully equipped with high-performance, near-professional-grade appliances, it includes an induction hob with a retractable extractor hood, a ventilated refrigerator, a wine cellar, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a bean-to-cup coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a citrus juicer.
Open to the dining room with its cathedral ceiling, the kitchen connects to the living room, where a stone fireplace with an insert creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. Hotel-quality bedding ensures peaceful nights, while the carefully selected tableware complements the décor, enhancing the refined ambiance of the property.
Each room on the ground floor opens directly onto the garden, creating a beautiful seamless flow between indoors and outdoors, ideal during the warmer months. The gated entrance ensures peace and security.
Each of the four spacious bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet.
While the house exudes an irresistible charm, it is undoubtedly outdoors that you will enjoy your stay most. After exploring the surrounding area, rich in discoveries, you will appreciate the tranquility of the grounds.
La maison de Sarlat is perfectly suited for a stay in any season. Its underfloor heating and stone fireplace provide a comforting warmth, much appreciated during autumn, winter, or Christmas holidays.

The private heated swimming pool, equipped with a secure electric cover, offers an unobstructed and soothing view of the surrounding countryside. Several terraces, sunny or shaded, provide spaces ideal for reading, daydreaming, or simply enjoying the peace and quiet.
Dogs that respect the premises and furniture are welcome for an additional fee of €75.
Tourist tax is extra, according to the current municipal rate.
For your comfort, all rooms are air-conditioned.
The swimming pool is heated from May to September and, for added safety, is equipped with a roller shutter and an access gate.
Bed linens, towels, bath towels, and pool towels are provided.
Wi-Fi, LCD TV, and DVD player are available.
Hair dryers are provided in each room.
A private parking area located within the property can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 vehicles.
An adjoining barn is also available for storing your bicycles and motorcycles.
